Leading the architectural vision is Architect Mimi Simbulan of Gemma & South Cast Construction, designing spaces that blend healing, comfort, and efficiency. Working alongside her, Structural Engineers Engr. Willy Sarmiento and Engr. Jerry Paglinawan ensure that the hospital’s foundation and framework stand strong on the principles of safety, innovation, and durability.
